1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the operator of the indoor golf facility (hereinafter “Operator”) and the customers (hereinafter “Customers”) regarding the use of the premises, facilities, and services. By making a booking, entering the facility, or using any service, the Customer accepts these GTC.

2. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded through booking via the booking platform www.indoorgolf-zellamsee.at and confirmation by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to reject bookings without giving reasons.

3. Services

• Provision of golf simulator, putting and chipping green.
• Conducting coaching sessions, courses, and events.
• Rental of equipment (clubs, balls) for an additional fee.
• Details are based on the current price lists and service descriptions.

4. Use & House Rules
The opening hours are announced on the website and at the entrance. Customers are obliged to comply with the house rules and to treat the facilities with care.
The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking
• Bringing animals, weapons, or dangerous objects
• Consumption of food and drinks brought in from outside
• Disturbing behavior, noise, or impairment of other guest
  The Operator exercises domiciliary rights and may exclude Customers from use in case of violations of the house rules.

5. Prices & Payment
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT.
The following must be paid in advance:

• Simulator bookings
• Rental of golf clubs
• Multi-hour passes and vouchers
• Drinks and snacks taken on site can be paid online via www.indoorgolf-zellamsee.at.

6. Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time. After this period, no refund will be issued.

7. Liability
The Operator is fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, the Operator is only liable for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), but limited to foreseeable damages. Liability for lost profits, indirect damages, and damages to brought-in equipment is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The Operator assumes no liability for Customers’ personal belongings, in particular in cloakrooms or parking areas. Customers are liable for damages they culpably cause to the facility or equipment.

8. Data Protection
Personal data of Customers are processed exclusively in accordance with the statutory data protection provisions (GDPR). Disclosure to third parties takes place only insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

9. Final Provisions
Details pursuant to § 14 HGB: GmbH, registered office in Zell am See, commercial court: Salzburg Regional Court. If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
